Roch Tay
Roch is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Clover Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd.
Roch has more than 20 years of experience in providing management and financial advisory, as well as HR and Corporate Risk Management consulting services to both MNCs and SMEs where he
- Advises companies on their financial and HR management practices, partinering with senior executives to restructure their business and supporting them in turning around their business performances, as well as enhance their HR strategies and processes.
- Reviews and streamlines operational practices and processes to optimize overall operational efficiencies and productivity.
- Partners with senior executives to co-develop their corporate strategies and evaluates their expansionary growth plans into the South East Asia region.
- Works on corporate transactions where he supports companies on their acquisitions and divestitures, working across the entire spectrum of the M&A process, as well as in different phases of the process.
Roch’s skill sets also expands on a number of litigation support cases where he had advised clients on both the corporate and financial angles.
He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He is a Practicing Management Consultant (PMC) with the Singapore Business Advisors and Consultants Council, holds various insurance and real estate certifications, and is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member.
